Scacciadiavoli Montefalco Bianco

Scacciadiavoli Montefalco Bianco - Moreish and nutty with a bright streak of acidity.

Half the blend is made up of Trebbiano Spoletino, which is different to Trebbiano d'abruzzo. This is a late ripening, low-yielding variety which has been really useful in the recent warm vintages. The balance of the blend is 30% Grechetto and 20% Chardonnay. Nine months in neutral oak gives harmony and a slight nutty hint.
