Scacciadiavoli Montefalco Rosso - Tons of red berry fruit and a refreshing finish. Still a fair whack of tannin but nicely harmonised, it’s only going to taste better with food. Predominantly Sangiovese with a dash of powerful Sagrantino and plummy Merlot in the blend.

You can have it with whatever you fancy but we reckon something wholesome with a tomato-based sauce might be a winner, something Italian!
