Poco Mas Reserva Sauvignon Blanc
Poco Mas Reserva Sauvignon Blanc - A Sauvignon with lively citrus and fruit aroma, recalling gooseberry, peaches and green apples, harmoniously combined with a touch of grass and herbs. The fresh, fruity palate has a balanced body and refreshing finish. Excellent as an aperitif, with goat cheese or served with green salad and light fish.
The grapes were gently pressed and the juice decanted at a low temperature to obtain a very clean must. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks to fully develop the wine’s varietal potential with aromatic notes. The wine was held on its ne lees until bottling to preserve its freshness and increase texture on the palate.
Situated in the Maule Valley region from the Yerbas Buenas sector of the Andean foothills. The soils are sandy clay-loam of alluvial origin with a presence of gravel. The proximity to the mountains generates a microclimate that enables the production of very fresh and highly aromatic grapes.
