Poco Mas Reserva Chardonnay
Poco Mas Reserva Chardonnay - A lively and fresh Chardonnay with aromas of pear, green apple and pineapple. A well-balanced palate with abundant fruit notes and fresh acidity. Ideal with shell fish and salmon, as well as poultry.
The grapes were gently pressed and decanted at low temperatures to obtain a very clean must. Fermentation took place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine was held on its ne lees until bottling to preserve fresh fruit flavours and increase the volume on the palate.
The grapes come from the Maule Valley one of the oldest grape growing regions in Chile. Grown in granitic soils with low fertility giving vines conditions to grow with adequate yields producing fruit with good intensity of flavour.
