Montresor Bardolino Chiaretto Bio [Organic] - A classic Bardolino rosé with an appealing soft and fruity style.

Aromas of red berry and peach with lightly savoury notes. The palate has sour cherry and pomegranate characters balanced by fresh orange zest acidity, and a hint of black pepper.

The Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes are organically cultivated in the Veneto region. After harvesting the grapes are softly pressed, with a few hours of skin contact to give the delicate rosé colour. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled sstainless steel tanks.

Drink with salads and light starters, or grilled fish dishes.
