The Appassimento Wine Urban Park is a Montresor project to open the winery to street art. The idea behind it is to show the art of wine with the classic forms of artistic expression.

Produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes grown in the Veneto, 'appassimento' refers to the process by which the grapes are dried for a few months before being pressed and vinified. This technique is more common in the Veneto than elsewhere in Italy - the resulting wines are rich with some residual sweetness.

Great with barbecues, slow-cooked and caramelised meat dishes, or strong-flavoured cheeses.
