Shannon Vineyards Merlot - Grapes are sourced from vineyards on Table Mountain Sandstone. After a traditional fermentation the wine is racked and left to complete its malolactic fermentation and maturation in 4 year old French oak barriques for 9 months.

Fragrances of ripe red fruits such as plum and dark cherry and an earthy complexity; the palate shows a minerally freshness with well-integrated ripe tannins.
