Giravolta Primitivo di Manduria DOP Manduria - Lightly spicy aromas of black cherry and vanilla. Red berry fruit on the palate with soft, velvety tannins and good length.

Sourced from Primitivo vines grown in white, chalky soils. This is good for drainage, whilst maintaining moisture in the ground. The grapes are harvested in mid-September, fermented, and the wine is refined in French oak barriques for 9 months.
