Granbazan Limousin Albarino
Granbazan Limousin Albarino - Aromas of stone fruit, dried figs and marzipan. The palate has bright acidity and lightly spicy notes, and a saline and refreshing finish.
The Albariño grapes come from the highest part of the Tremoedo estate in Valle del Salnés, with low yields and small berries. After destemming, and cold maceration for 8-10 hours, they are fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then aged in Limoiusin oak barrek for 4-6 months, with at least 12 months on fine lees.
