Appealing aromas of apple and pear alongide floral notes and hints of fennel. The palate is complex and textural with stone fruit, white spice and a lightly bitter twist on the finish.

Produced from old vine Godello fruit, selected from gobelet-trained vines over 80 years old. After fermentation the wine spends 9 months on fine lees before bottling. A good match for Asian-inspired chicken and fish dishes.
