Sourced from the unique terroir of Waterkloof in Stellenbosch. A steely and mineral Sauvignon Blanc with great purity, restraint and elegance. Flavours of elderflower, gooseberry and kiwi fruit are matched by fine acidity and a fresh, long citrus finish.

This is a serious wine with real predigree and one of the finest examples of South Africans huge potential with this variety. Wonderful with seafood, grilled asparagus and salads of goats cheese or smoked chicken dishes.
