Heaphy Pinot Gris Nelson - An off-dry, delicious Pinot Gris from Moutere's clay loams.

An increasingly popular grape variety in New Zealand, Pinot Gris thrives in the cooler influenced Nelson, gathering sweet pear and frangipane notes, alongside a wonderfully balanced texture of peach and apricot fruit on the palate. 

From a single vineyard, hand-picked when at full ripeness then gently pressed and cold settled in stainless steel tanks. Then ferment in stainless steel tanks and naturally achieve 4.5g r/s.
