Santa Seraffa Gavi del Comune di Gavi - A clean, pure expression of Gavi. The nose has hints of citrus, green-apple and exotic fruit, the palate fresh and mineral, with a sustained finish.
The quality of the fruit here from the 18ha of 45 year old vines really shines through, giving a ripe, textural style of Gavi which shows the Cortese grape at its most appealing.
