Savoury and nutty aromas with notes of ripe stonefruit, citrus and a hint of white spice. The palate is taut and linear, with an appealing minerality and saline acidity balancing lightly honeyed fruit leading to a long, savoury, crisp finish.

Perfect with seafood, or perhaps grilled sea bass or sole. Also a good match for simple tomato and mozzarella pasta dishes.
