Domaine Bargemone Libre Blanc Coteaux d’Aix en Provence - A distinct Provence white sourced from selected parcels of vines, then macerated on the skins for a short time to add depth and texture.

Bright and aromatic on the nose with citrus, pear, plum and a hint of fennel. The wine is medium bodied on the palate with peach, pear, almond, a touch of pleasing salinity and a long finish.

The grapes are harvested by hand and at night from parcels located near the Touloubre river which runs through the domaine. Vinified separately, the grape varieties are blended in December.
