Domaine du Pre Semele Sancerre Le Cotelin - Produced from old vine fruit grown in the Cotelin vineyard, a south-facing plot with Portlandian limestone soil.

The old vines grow in Portlandian limestone soils, on a south-facing slope. After harvesting, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes are vinified and the resulting wine aged in wooden barrels for over one year before bottling.
