Domaine de la Grande Courtade Chardonnay - This wine was made from a blend of well-ripened Chardonnay and earlier-picked grapes with good acidity. Aged in oak, this Chardonnay is complex and elegant.

The grapes are harvested during the night and pressed immediately. The best 20% of the juice is vinified in barrels and aged for 6 months on its lees using battonage, and the remainder is vinified in stainless steel.
