Rijckaert Cotes du Jura Les Sarres Chardonnay - A well-defined but gentle nose, with aromas of apricot, papaya and freshly cut lemon peel, along with a hint of sea salt.

The citrus tension pervades on the palate but the structure is full and round with a creamy interior that encompasses white peach, pear and melon. Incredibly fresh with a very linear and pure finish.
