Sourced exclusively from Keith's own 55 year old unirrigated vines in his Hunter Valley vineyard at Hermitage Road in Pokolbin. It beams with delicate, zesty, lemon and lime-fruit plus fine perfumes and flavours of fresh cut lemongrass and white flowers. A taut, wonderfully crisp style with citrus-zing energy and notable length, all the hallmarks of this classic Hunter white.

Perfect with light and delicate fish dishes, prawns and freshly shucked oysters.
