“The Circle of Life White is a co-fermented blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Semillon from two very windy parcels on the dramatic Waterkloof estate. Straw, jasmine and chamomile aromas are complemented by a palate of citrus, gooseberry and stone fruit flavours, tangy minerality and a dab of oak.”

Waterkloof Circle of Life White - On appearance this wine shows an alluring green tinge, revealing delicate flavours of melon and hints of tropical fruit.  The Sauvignon Blanc aromas are prominent on the nose, with beautiful lime and prickly pear notes. Intense flavours, with great balance. A tight mineral core and creamy mid palate from the Chenin Blanc allows for great complexity and a persistent finish. The Sauvignon Blanc lends lovely, fresh acidity to the wine.

Wines from the Waterkloof Estate emphasise restraint, elegance and a strong mineral character due to the vineyards' exposed position on the upper slopes of the famed Schaapenberg Mountain. High above False Bay the Waterkloof vineyards face directly onto the Atlantic Ocean at the southern limit of the Stellenbosch wine region. This very special site with its strong maritime influence, steep aspect and unique soil profile allows for the production of truly fine wines.
