With an alcoholic strength of 11.5%, the Sacchetto Fili Prosecco is a fresh, fruity, floral wine with fine bubbles that remains dry despite such sweet source notes. It has a remarkable yeasty flavour as well as a result of the Charmat method. Flavours include melon and pear, and hints of citrus in the clean finish.
