Bottega Gold Prosecco Brut - Made from Glera grapes, grown in the Valdobbiadene hills which are hand picked and gently pressed in the winery. The must obtained is fermented in for nearly 40 days, at about 15° C, with the addition of selected yeasts. Characteristic, fruity with scents of golden apple, Williams pear, acacia flowers and lily of the valley.
The unique bottles are lovingly hand finished by a team of experts to create that extra special look and provides the clue as to what is inside. Because it's not all about the bottle! The Glera grapes used to produce Bottega Gold come from Veneto, in the heart of the premium Prosecco area.
