Bisol 1542 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore I Gondolieri Brut - This is a terrific new white Sparkling Wine produced by Bisol in the Valdobbiadene area of Veneto.

With a watercolour label depicting the gondolas of Venice, this single vintage Superiore Brut is made from 100% Glera grapes from the prized Prosecco di Valdobbiadene region, with no added sugar.  Silky, and platinum-like bubbles produce fragrances of wild thyme, wisteria and cherry blossom which are followed by creamy, mellow and fresh flavours with an elegant, herb-like finish. Perfect!
