Pale onion skin colour with bright juicy fruit and a full, textural finish. This is 100% Cabernet Franc rose from the slopes of Stellenbosch's Simonsburg Mountain. Zorgvliet's focus is entirely Bordelaise so a Cab Franc rosé is a natural fit.  With its high natural acidity, leafy nose and slight texture, this makes for a great all rounder with a variety of cuisine.
