Les Lauriers Cinsault Grenache Rose - A delicate, pale, yet fruity rosé, with the attractive aroma of wild berries and a crisp, refreshing palate brimming with strawberry and plums. Serve well chilled alongside seafood, salads or roasted Mediterranean vegetables.
Grapes were directly pressed with the nal pressing separated. Fermentation took place at low temperatures with further ageing in stainless steel vats for two months on ne lees before bottling.
Situated in the neighbourhood of Béziers, not far from the Mediterranean sea, partly along the Canal du Midi, the 1200 hectares of vines belong to the two hundred members of Cers Portiragnes co-operative and benefit from the southern French climate.
