Laderas de Cabama Rioja - A pure and elegant single vineyard Rioja. Pure, poised and dark-fruited with balsamic notes, elegance and a lightness of touch.

Produced from 30 year old, 100% Tempranillo vines. Hand harvested grapes are aged in 80% French and 20% Russian oak for 12 months - so effectively a declassified Reserva - though the focus here is on quality rather than ageing.

Match with almost any kind of lamb dish from roast lamb to tender lamb cutlets.
