Cartoixa Scala Dei Priorat

Cartoixa Scala Dei Priorat - Light cherry colour with violet hues, of medium intensity. Intense and persistent aromas of ripe black fruits - plums, and a floral touch of violets intermingle with mineral notes provided by the slate, which give it a typical Priorat character.

The ageing process gives it spicy aromas. On the palate it is a powerful, unctuous, smooth wine, with intense ripe tannins, imposing body, long and persistent finish over time.
