Senorio de Sarria Reserva - Two years in French Allier oak and more than that in the bottle to give an elegant and complex Reserva from Navarra.
A blend of superb quality Cabernet (90%) and Graciano (10%) from Navarra's most beautiful estate, making a rich, powerful wine. Dark cherry red in colour with intense aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, toast and spices. Very tasty, structured and complex with skillfully integrated oak.
Sarria's Reserva is made from hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano grapes selected from the best plots on their Navarra estate which lies just north of Spain’s famous Rioja region, Navarra.
The two varietals are brought together and blended and maturation is in Americian and French oak for two years (80% new) with an additional year in bottle before release.
