Mostly Tempranillo but, again, other varieties are present in these traditional, co-planted farms. Blueberry, dark berries and peppery spice with noticeable high-altitude acidity. Approachable, authentic and great value."
Tradicion Field Blend, Bodegas Vinas del Cenit - All the grapes from the old vineyard are harvested together, both red and white varieties. Whole bunches are pressed without destemming then treaded for five days until spontaneous fermentation takes place. Then 6 months in used French oak barrels.
