Chianti Gentilesco Bonacchi

Chianti Gentilesco Bonacchi - A smooth, medium-bodied wine with good concentration of cherry fruit, very drinkable in style. A great match for grilled red meats and full-flavoured tomato based pasta dishes.

Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with eight days of maceration on the skins, followed by nine days of malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged in tank and released for sale in the March following the vintage.
