Ca' di Ponti Nero d'Avola DOC Sicilia - This is a ripe robust style that pairs well with food, a characterful and great value red.

A deeply coloured, full-flavoured red with aromas of wild plum and black cherry. The palate combines abundant brambly fruit flavours with lightly spicy and savoury notes, a hint of bitter chocolate and chewy, ripe tannins.

Drink with juicy home-made burgers with a slab of mozarella, or charred lamb steaks.
