Vialetto Negroamaro Puglia
Vialetto Negroamaro Puglia - Ripe and juicy, with a succulent dark fruit character, satisfyingly rich to taste with elegant, spicy undertones and a hint of liquorice on the finish. Serve with pasta in tomato sauce, slow cooked meat and paprika infused dishes.
The harvested and destemmed grapes have been vinified with eight days of maceration, in order to extract colour and structure. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are made in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-27°C. The wine was then allowed to settle for a short period in tank before bottling.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Southern region of Puglia where the warm Mediterranean climate allows this grape to perfectly ripen and create a smooth, bold red.
