Alasia Langhe Nebbiolo

Alasia Langhe Nebbiolo - An excellent red made from the Nebbiolo grape, showing notes of violets and blackcurrant with hints of tobacco and spice. The palate has lots of juice cherry fruit up front and finishes with an earthy, savoury complexity. Produced in the Langhe Hills near the town of Alba in the Piemonte region this wine is matured in a mixture of French oak barrels (40%) and traditional Piedmont oak vats for 12 months.
