Core Rosso Montevetrano - This Core Rosso has super balance. It is an intense red with exquisite spice to the mixed berries on the nose, following through to a full body with fine, well-integrated tannins, succulent fruit and a long, elegant and flavourful finish.

Montevetrano is one of Campania's most prestigious producers. This is their new 'Core' made only from Aglianico. Rich and dense, black fruits, spices, and framed with crisp acidity.

In the words of Jamie Goode, “Campanian superstar wine Montevetrano burst onto the scene in 1995 and achieved cult status almost overnight.” Starting with just four hectares, photographer Silvia Imperato teamed up with renowned winemaker Riccardo Cotarella and after just a few vintages, Montevetrano was dubbed “the Sassicaia of the South” by Robert Parker. Since then, the vineyard has grown and the blend evolved to include Cabernet, Merlot, and Aglianico – a true “supercampanian”, and a compelling mixture of spice and Lesh.
