Kloster Eberbach Crescentia Hollenberg Spatburgunder Dry - A fantastic Burgundian style Pinot Noir from Assmannshausen, where this grape has been cultivated since the early 16th century. A sublime Pinot Noir with ripe, wild, red berry fruit concentrated and with great depth. On the palate is a touch of spice, followed by blacker fruit all wrapped up with juicy acidity and lovely fine tannins.
