Alpha Box & Dice The Mistress Red South Australia - Black olives tapenade, dried herbs and rustic strawberries on the nose followed by dusty tannins, soft acidity, prunes, cherries and darker fruits on the palate!

Each varietal was hand picked, destemmed and wild fermentation took place until dry, Winemaker Sam Berketa blended together wines from the Iberian Peninsula grown across our own Fleurieu Peninsula. The result is complex and rich – a marriage of savoury and sweet. The wine was aged for 18 months on lees in old Burgundy barriques.
