Cadus Tupungato Appellation Uco Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Cadus Tupungato Appellation Uco Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - Very rich, with deep cassise and black currant fruit, this wine is a full bodied yet wonderfully elegant Cabernet. The palate displays great purity of fruit with gentle spice from the French oak which helps frame the wine rather than overpower it. The finish is long and fresh with great acidity and balance.

Cadus Wines focus mainly on vineyards within the Uco Valley region. The grapes for this wine are sourced from Gualtallary in Tupungato, a micro-region within the high altitude Valle de Uco. 80% of the wine has been aged in French oak for 12 months (10% new, the rest in 2nd & 3rd use). Production beeing just 13,000 bottles. (Cork closure + Vegan)
